"Anovan", a specialty store of new sensation sweets "Nama Busse", opened in Omotesando, Tokyo on April 6th. It is a new brand developed by the confectionery store "Kameya Mannendo" (Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku) that sells the Busse confectionery "Navona".

Kameya Mannendo's Nabona is a soft castella with a fluffy texture and a busse confectionery sandwiched with cream using Italian meringue. It is a long-selling product of the store that has been loved for over 50 years.

The anovan that opened this time will sell "raw busse" that was developed by making use of the know-how accumulated in making nabona. It is a new type of sweet that is made by sandwiching a special cream made from pure fresh cream made in the workshop attached to the store with a soft and melty dough.

The product lineup is raw busse with 6 flavors, including "Fromage", which is one of the best products in the store. One of them is a seasonal flavor using seasonal ingredients, and "blueberries" are on sale until June. The price is 300 yen each (tax included).

The permanent flavors are as follows.

● Fromage Milk A fresh and refreshing sour flavor made by adding plenty of French cream cheese to pure fresh cream with a milk fat content of 48%. You can enjoy the taste as if you were eating cheesecake.

● A flavor that combines the richness of plain eggs with custard, the finest pure cream and rich Hokkaido mascarpone cheese. You can enjoy a simple yet rich and creamy taste.

● Strawberry A flavor that matches the moderate acidity of strawberries with the gentle sweetness of a rich cream made from Hokkaido mascarpone cheese. You can also enjoy the texture of strawberry pulp.

● Matcha
A flavor that uses 100% of the luxury Japanese tea brand "Uji tea" called "Japan's three major teas". The fragrant and mellow Uji matcha and the rich cream are a perfect match. In addition, custard cream is said to enhance the taste of Uji matcha and pure cream.

● Chocolate Flavor using Belgian couverture chocolate. It seems that the mellowness of milk and the bittersweetness of cacao are a perfect match. You can enjoy the taste that is not too sweet and the deep richness of custard cream.

Raw Busse can be purchased from one piece and can be packed in a gift box. If you want to eat it right away, you can put it in a "burger bag".
