Moques Hawaii, a popular restaurant in the Kailua area of Oahu, Hawaii, will open a new store in Enoshima, Kanagawa Prefecture in the summer of 2018. Specialties such as "Lillicoy Pancake", "Eggs Benedict", and "Angel's Lemonade" will be offered.

The restaurant was founded by Mr. Moque Warren, who is from a historic hotel in Waikiki. Enjoy a homely meal at an affordable price. The first store in Japan is open in Nakameguro, Tokyo.

The famous lilikoi pancake is characterized by its plump and chewy texture made from wheat flour. The dough baked after receiving the order is sprinkled with homemade lilikoi (passion fruit) sauce, which is rich with butter and cream cheese, and is finished with plenty of fresh cream and orange peel.

In addition, there is a lineup of menus that make use of seasonal ingredients and a refreshing lemonade "Angel's Lemonade" that is fully soaked in fresh lemon.
