The Miraikan Kitchen opens in the observation lounge on the 7th floor of the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, which offers a panoramic view of Odaiba. A wide variety of menus are offered, created by Japanese food culture and traditional techniques that are "proud of the world."

Among them, "Earth Monaka Soft Cream", which is a deep blue "Monaka" with a laser-cut pattern of the earth, and "Four Seasons Flower Chirashizushi", which is made by drawing patterns such as cherry blossoms on seaweed with calcium and putting it on chirashizushi. The menu is elaborate and enjoyable to look at.
