"Museum Cafe & Restaurant THE SUN & THE MOON", where you can experience "panoramic view x art x food", opened on June 1st on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower. It is a cafe and restaurant with a new sensation that "has two sides like the sun and the moon", consisting of the cafe area "THE SUN" and the restaurant area "THE MOON".


The cafe area "THE SUN" is a museum cafe that you can easily drop in after viewing the Mori Art Museum and Tokyo City View, as well as for everyday use. Inside the store, art works by artists such as Laurent Grasso and Pocron Anadin are on display.


Based on the Western menu, affordable set menus and light meals such as sandwiches are prepared. In addition, various art projects and collaboration menus with exhibitions will be offered.


On the other hand, the restaurant area "THE MOON" is a "heavenly restaurant" with the theme of fusion of art and food. You can enjoy the "best in Tokyo" view of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree at the same time. On the wall of the restaurant, art works by Taro Shinoda, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Tomoo Hirose, and Yang Hegu, who are said to have been purchased for this restaurant, are displayed.


The menu includes contemporary art works supervised by the Mori Art Museum and French cuisine that expresses the four seasons and ingredients from all over Japan based on "gastronomy".
