"Kusa Mochi-style Azuki Monaka" is a Japanese-style Monaka ice cream with wormwood-flavored ice cream topped with red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans and sandwiched with Monaka made from rice flour. The deep wormwood flavor and mashed bean paste go well together, and it seems to mix in the mouth with Monaka, which has a good mouthfeel.

In addition, "Azuki Monaka with chestnuts" (estimated price of 130 yen), which is a combination of vanilla ice cream and red bean paste with chestnuts, will also be renewed and released. The amount of chestnut-filled red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans has been increased by 10% compared to conventional products, and the shape of the monaka skin has been reduced from 10 to 4 to make it thinner, making it easier to split. It seems that it has become easier to eat.
