This product is sake in a container (glass bottle) with a plastic cap that can be used as an ingot. It was born in collaboration with Kyoto textile brand "SOU / SOU".

There are three types of sake for beginners, "Tanrei Sweet", "Junmai", and "Super Dry Cold Sake".

Tanrei Sweet was developed as a "beginner's edition" assuming a scene where you can enjoy it alone. It is packed with sake that is fragrant and easy to drink. Alcohol content is 12 degrees or more and less than 13 degrees. It is light and has a slightly sweet taste.

Junmai was developed as an "intermediate edition" assuming a scene where two people can enjoy it. Although the alcohol content is modest at 10 to 11 degrees, it is packed with pure rice sake brewed only with rice and rice jiuqu. The taste is a little sweet.

Super dry cold sake was developed as an "advanced edition" assuming a scene where a large number of people enjoy cooking while drinking. It is packed with light, refreshing and dry sake that goes well with a variety of dishes. Alcohol content is 13 degrees or more and less than 14 degrees.
