From Pasco (Pasco Shikishima), 4 products of the "Uji Matcha Series", where you can enjoy the flavor of Uji Matcha such as "Uji Matcha Melonpan", were released on March 1 (excluding some areas).


The four products released this time are "Uji Matcha Melonpan," "Uji Matcha Shifo," "Uji Matcha Dorayaki," and "Uji Matcha Steamed Keki," which use Uji Matcha.

"Uji Matcha Melonpan" is a melon bread baked with biscuit dough containing Uji matcha. Uji matcha cream and red beans are sandwiched.

"Uji Matcha Shifo" is a chiffon cake kneaded with Uji matcha and finished with Uji matcha cream. It is topped with powdered sugar.

"Uji Matcha Dorayaki" is a dorayaki made by kneading Uji matcha into the dough and baking it. Azuki bean paste from Tokachi and Uji matcha whipped cream are sandwiched.

"Uji Matcha Steamed Cake" is a steamed cake with Uji Matcha cream that has a soft texture. Uji matcha whipped cream is combined.
