Uji Matcha Melonpan is made by covering with biscuit dough containing Uji Matcha and baking it, then sandwiching Uji Matcha cream and Hokkaido azuki bean sweet natto.

Uji Matcha Dorayaki is a dough containing Uji Matcha sandwiched with red bean paste from Hokkaido and Uji Matcha whipped cream.

Uji Matcha Keiki is a dough kneaded with Uji Matcha paste, topped with Azuki bean from Hokkaido, and sandwiched with Uji Matcha cream.

In each case, "high quality" Uji matcha is used in the tea, and it is said that it is finished with an elegant and mellow taste. Sales areas are Tohoku (Uji Matcha Melonpan only), Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, and Shikoku areas.
