At the restaurant "Bistro Les Chansons" in Mercure Hotel Ginza Tokyo (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a special menu "Omron de'Sound Night Special Dinner ★ by Mercure" will be available on December 1st. It will be available from Sunday to February 28, 2015.


The sound night special dinner is a French 3 course with a glass of house wine (red). It is said that it was jointly developed by the hotel's executive chef and OMRON's nutritionist as part of "Omron de'Sound Night ★ by Mercure," which proposes hints for "better sleep" through the five human senses.


There are four types of appetizers: "Pumpkin soup," "Guacamore," "Shrimp and cream cheese kanape," and "Hodate's Poire orange emulsion and almond slices."


The main dish is "Roasted Salmon Fillet Matcha Cream Sauce" served with Mesclan Salad, Mushroom Saute and Petit Carrot.


The dessert is "plain yogurt" with honey, orange slices and fresh strawberry. It finishes the course refreshingly.

In addition to the special dinner, the hotel will also offer an accommodation plan "Omron de'Smooth Night Room ★ by Mercure" that focuses on "smell" and "tactile".


The sound night room is a deluxe room, a ladies' room exclusively for women, and a plan limited to 2 rooms. In the room, there are lavender-scented aromas, music that creates a "relaxing time", and a " personal moisturizer " that moisturizes the area around the face.


Prices start from 27,100 yen for deluxe rooms and 23,550 yen for ladies' rooms (when using one room per person, accommodation tax not included).
