"Premium Pasta Fair" will be held from November 11th at each "Boiled Pasta & Baked Pizza La Pauza" store, offering pasta using Harima Nada oysters, beef cheeks, porcini mushrooms, etc.

The fair will sell "Oyster and Luccola Peperoncino" (880 yen) using Harima Nada oysters, "Beef Bolognese" (930 yen), which is a combination of raw pasta linguine and beef cheek meat, and porcini. Three types of "Shrimp Tokinoko Porcini Cream Sauce" (880 yen) using mushrooms.

It is said that it is finished "more luxuriously than usual" using "luxury ingredients".
