This product is a dish that incorporates unique perspectives such as French and Japanese cuisine into Chinese cuisine, and was supervised by chef Yuji Wakiya, who is famous as a pioneer of "modern Chinese". By combining the soy milk cream that Mr. Wakiya uses in his own menu, it is said that it is finished in a light and rich taste.

Mr. Wakiya is particular about eating it with a cinnamon-flavored "special" black honey sauce.
