At each Lotteria store, "Tochigi Wagyu hamburger steak burger (Tochiotome sauce)" will be released on September 29th as a "29th (meat) day" menu in September. Choose from salad, potato M, or drink M to make a set. Limited quantity, price is 1,300 yen (tax included).


This product is the 4th menu of "Brand Wagyu Burger" released on the 29th of every month at Lotteria. Patty using "Tochigi Wagyu" raised in local rice straw in Tochigi, which is rich in green and water, is roughly ground about 6 mm so that you can enjoy the flavorful taste of marbled meat with "sashi". It seems that it is baked.

The sauces are "rich demiglace sauce", which is made by boiling red wine-style seasoning with bouillon, apples, etc., and "tochiotome sauce", which is made by adding Tochigi prefecture's Tochiotome jam and Tochigi prefecture's Tochiotome liqueur to bechamel sauce. Two kinds of sauces are combined.
