"Chun Shui Tang's special roll cake" is the second in the "Carefully selected sweets series that makes the best use of the ingredients". The sweets in this series are made by carefully selecting ingredients that go well with fragrant tea and valuing the flavor and natural taste.


The flavors are "Mango" with mango pulp and cream, "Black sesame" with savory black sesame cream and toppings, "Rikasei" with peanut crunch topping and salty cream, and fresh cream moisturized. There are four types of "plain" containing red beans with a smooth texture.
