This is the French confectionery store "Rue De Passy". Colorful cakes and baked goods are sold in the sweet scented store.

The most popular is the sweets made with caramel. I have eaten "Caramel Sale" and "Eclair Caramel" which are the chef's masterpieces.

Deep richness that spreads from cream that melts like raw caramel. The first bite has a strong sweetness, and the fragrance and bitterness overlap with each meal.

The slight saltiness is also a point. The mellow taste that is complemented by salt remains on the tongue for a long time and is luxurious! Even though it's made with caramel, it has a timeless taste.

Not only the sweet and thick cream, but also the fragrant dough is delicious. It has a crispy, light mouthfeel, but the inside is a little chewy. As you enjoy the contrast of texture, the smooth cream overflows and makes you smile. You can fully enjoy the rich harmony.
