Shibuya is familiar with the statue of Hachiko, the faithful dog, and SHIBUYA 109. It is one of the typical cities that drive the boom in music and fashion, but did you know that there is a "cafe where you can meet goats"?

The name of the unusual shop where you can interact with goats is "Sakuragaoka Cafe". It is an affiliated store of "Udagawa Cafe" which is also popular in Shibuya.

At first glance I thought it was a normal cafe ... there was! Goat! Right next to the terrace seat, the white goat "Sakura-chan" was relaxing in the cage.



You can eat next to Sakura-chan's ori (terrace seat), but that day was full, so we went to the store. The interior is insanely fashionable and surprising! There seems to be a wide range of customers, including couples, women's groups, and families. There were some men who enjoyed eating alone, partly because all seats were allowed to smoke.


I ordered a lunch set of small shrimp coconut milk curry (with salad) and iced tea. The price is 1,300 yen (tax included, same below). This is a holiday price, and on weekdays it costs 1,000 yen with drinks and salads. Great value!


The mellow and rich curry contains big shrimp. You can enjoy the deep flavor of spices and the flavor of shrimp. The salad dressing is also delicious! I also tasted the daily pasta ordered by a friend, but it was luxurious with plenty of ingredients.



When I asked the staff about Sakura-chan, he said, "You can also feed." What's more, it's free! It might cost a little over 100 yen at a zoo, but ... I'm happy!

When I showed Sakura-chan, who was taking a rest in the hut, a cup full of hay, she immediately approached me. Please extend your neck through the gap in the fence to appeal! The round eyes are cute.







"Sakuragaoka Cafe" where you can enjoy the feeling of a petit zoo in Shibuya. The taste and atmosphere are perfect!
