"Chocolat de Zunda," a collaboration between Zunda mochi and chocolate, is on sale at The Westin Sendai. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax) for 7 pieces.

This is a truffle-shaped pavé chocolate with a chewy, crispy cereal wrapped in ganash. The fresh and savory bean paste and "Date no Shio" from Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture are combined with the milky flavor of white chocolate from Valrhona, France, to give it a light sweetness. You can enjoy it even more deliciously by freezing it.
