"Sendai Gyutan Shio Suta Don" will be released on August 1st as the second "Local Suta Don" at each of the "Legendary Suta Donburi" and "Specialty Suta Don Shop". (Excluding some stores). The price is 980 yen (tax included) with grated yam.

This is a menu that arranges Sendai's specialty beef tongue in the style of Sutadonya. Beef tongue baked with garlic and black pepper punched special salt sauce and juicy, tender thick-sliced pork ribs are served in a large bowl of rice for about three bowls.

With two different flavors and textures of beef tongue and pork ribs, we devised so that you can eat large servings of rice without getting tired until the end. In addition, it is said that you can enjoy the change of taste by adding mellowness to the punchy seasoning that is served with the bowl.
