This summer's limited-edition shaved ice "Sudachi Ginger Mizore" and "Kyoto Uji Matcha Milk" are on sale at "Ginger Shop Kurobee", a specialty store for "ginger dishes" in Kichijoji, Tokyo. Of course, both are shaved ice with "ginger" as the main ingredient!

Sudachi ginger sleet is made by sprinkling finely ground fluffy shaved ice with plenty of homemade syrup made from ginger. Please squeeze the sudachi from Shimanto, Kochi prefecture, which is attached to the side. The crisp acidity seems to refresh your mouth. The price is 800 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below), and the half size is 480 yen.

On the other hand, Kyoto Uji Matcha Milk is a combination of syrup made from rich Kyoto Uji Matcha and homemade condensed milk that is made over 3 hours. It is served on a separate plate with azuki beans. The sweetness of bittersweet matcha and condensed milk is a perfect match. The price is 1,000 yen and half size is 580 yen.
