The new product "Eggplant Arrabiata Gyudon" is on sale from June 7th at each Gyudon chain and Sukiya store (excluding some stores). Prices start at 490 yen (tax included).

This is a beef bowl topped with tomato sauce "Arabiata" with chili pepper and fried eggplant. It is a seasonal dish that uses tomatoes and eggplants, and two kinds of summer vegetables.


The arabiata sauce, which has a bright red color, is rich in flavor with the refreshing acidity of tomatoes and the spicy spiciness of chili peppers. This goes well with beef that has been seasoned with a strong sweetness! It has a good balance of richness and freshness, and you can enjoy the addictive taste combined with the spicy spiciness.


Eggplant is juicy and soft. The sweetness of the material that exudes when chewed also goes well with the acidity of the arabiata. It's also nice that the texture is improved.


The beef and rice have a soup flavor, so the taste is rather Japanese and Western. The Western texture is not as strong as it looks, and it seems to be a form of beef bowl.

Eggplant Arrabiata Gyudon is available for a limited time until early September. Try it when you want to get rid of the heat or when you have a slight loss of appetite.
