"Tarako spread" sold at KALDI Coffee Farm. It was a hot topic on the internet such as SNS, so when I tried it, it tasted better than I had imagined, so I will introduce it!

When you open the lid, there are plenty of red cod roe grains on the pink base. It's soft and easy to handle even when it's taken out of the refrigerator, and it's easy to apply it to bread.



I applied it to the baguette, toasted it, and grabbed it ... it was really delicious.



The spread that melts in the heat and soaks into the bread slowly overflows, spreading the rich flavor of the umami of cod and the flavor of butter to the mouth. The crispy and fragrant baguette skin has a nice accent, and it's delicious and unstoppable.

Was Tarako France so delicious? I'm sure it's fresh. Meita France and cod roe France are standard at bakeries, but you don't have many chances to eat freshly made bread. Besides, you can paint as much as you like and it's already the best.
