Eggs'n Things' Kyoto Shijo store will release "Uji Matcha Ice Pancakes with a cool flavor" on June 1st. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax).

This is a pancake with the image of "Japanese" unique to Kyoto. Homemade green tea ice cream with mascarpone, fertilizer, and azuki beans are sandwiched between pancakes and sprinkled with fragrant yuzu cream. You can enjoy it with matcha sauce along with strawberries, azuki beans, and shiratama.
