Five sweets using "Yukishio" from Miyakojima will be released sequentially from May 15th at the fresh cake dealers in the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores).

"Yukishio Cheese Mont Blanc" is a pure white Mont Blanc made by squeezing cream cheese with snow salt. Inside, sweet and sour jam using strawberry, blueberry and raspberry and cheese cream with snow salt are hidden. The price is 442 yen (tax included, same below).

"Jumbo cream puff (summer chocolate)" is a cream puff made by stuffing chocolate custard, which uses snow salt from Miyakojima as a secret ingredient, in a soft and fragrant choux pastry. It has a refreshing aftertaste and is perfect for summer snacks. The price is 124 yen.

"Yukishio Chocolate Mille Crepes" is a summer version of the popular chocolate Mille Crepes. Cream with chocolate custard with snow salt from Miyakojima and savory baked crepes are layered alternately. The slight saltiness enhances the chocolate flavor. The price is 399 yen.
