The brand's signature product, "Kneading chobi," will be on sale. Based on the know-how cultivated by eel pie craftsmen over many years, it is a stick-shaped chocolate confectionery that uses pie dough that is uniquely blended with domestic wheat flour and kozu flour, folded into about 1,000 layers and baked.
