At each store of the beef bowl chain "Sukiya", the first "Rokabo" menu "Rokabo beef noodles" (490 yen) and "Rokabo beef bibim noodles" (590 yen) will be on sale from 9 o'clock on April 5th.

Rocabo is a "gentle sugar restriction" advocated by the Food, Raku, and Health Association. It is a new dietary method that suppresses the rapid rise in blood glucose after meals by limiting sugar to 20-40 g per meal, 10 g for snacks, and 70-130 g per day.

The new menu, Rokabo Beef Noodles, is a beef noodle with a sugar mass of 22g (0.78oz) per serving. Konjac noodles with rice flour are combined with umami-rich soup stock made from bonito, kelp, and mackerel. The toppings are beef, fried food, and fried balls.

On the other hand, Rokabo beef bibim noodles are products with a sugar mass of 28.5g (0.18oz) per serving. The chewy konjac noodles are topped with crispy vegetables, spicy green onion kimchi, and beef. If you add gochujang sauce, you can enjoy a more "spicy" taste.
