"Deep matcha cream puff" is a cream puff that is made by wrapping "Matcha cream", which is an original whipped cream with Kyoto Uji matcha and white bean paste, and "Matcha paste", which is a homemade custard with Kyoto Uji matcha and white bean paste. By blending white bean paste with each of the two layers of cream, the taste of matcha is given a rich flavor. The estimated price is 129 yen (tax included, same below).
"Deep Matcha Eclair" is an eclair made by wrapping a rich matcha paste with astringency and rich matcha cream in a two-layered dough. It is coated with chocolate with Kyoto Uji matcha added. The estimated price is 129 yen.
"Deep Matcha Crepe" is a two-layered cream that combines matcha paste and matcha cream, and is hand-rolled with a moist crepe dough. The estimated price is 140 yen.
"Deep Matcha Dorayaki" is made by layering matcha paste on matcha cream and sandwiching it with a soft dorayaki dough. The estimated price is 129 yen.
