A fruit sandwich with 4 large strawberries sandwiched between whipped cream and custard-flavored cream. Strawberry varieties vary depending on the sales area.
Tohoku is "Mouiko" with a gorgeous taste grown in Watari Town and Yamamoto Town, Miyagi Prefecture, Kanto is "Tochiotome" with a good balance of acidity and sweetness, Tokai and Kinki are rich "Red Hoppe", and Shikoku is refreshing. The sweet "Sanukihime" and the refreshing "Sagahonoka" are used in Kyushu.
