At DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY TOKYO, a Valentine's limited menu is on sale from February 1st to 14th.
"Checkmate Chocolate Chess Board" is a chocolate inspired by the popular game "chess". The king is made of bitter dark chocolate and the queen is made of sweet white chocolate. The price is 1,800 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).
The "Cupid Arrow Hot Chocolate Bottle" is a bottle with a bright red heart-shaped bow and arrow. If you pour hot milk and shake it, you can enjoy sweet and bittersweet hot chocolate. The price is 900 yen.
With all your heart
"Every Beats of Your Heart" is a cake that imitates the vegetable "beets". The leaves are white chocolate, the beets are chocolate made from hazelnut praline fontaine, and the soil is salt butter biscuits. You can enjoy several kinds of texture and taste at once. The price is 2,800 yen.
