This is a walnut-filled cheese tart layered with orange-scented chocolate cream and chocolate glasage. It is topped with syrup-pickled orange, sliced orange compote, and pistachio. The chocolate, which has a strong cacao scent, and the sweet and sour juicy orange are exquisitely layered to create a gorgeous taste.
