Western confectionery maker "Monterre" will release "new sensation" cream puff "Pochamaru" on January 4th (excluding Hokkaido). The estimated price is 129 yen (tax included, the price is different in Okinawa prefecture).

This is a cream puff that you can enjoy the two textures of "fluffy" and "mochimochi" at the same time. It is finished with plenty of milk cream in a white dough with a "fluffy texture".

The texture of the dough utilizes the fact that the water contained in the cream is transferred to the dough. By putting cream in the baked crispy choux pastry and transferring the water to the dough, it changes to a "fluffy" texture.

Milk cream is made by combining homemade custard and whipped cream with condensed milk and adding Western liquor. It is said to be characterized by a light melting in the mouth with a milky feel.
