This is a pancake limited to the Christmas season. The fluffy dough is topped with five types of berries: strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, and cranberry, and whipped cream like a Christmas tree with snow makeup. It seems that the refreshing sweet and sour taste of berries matches the sweetness of whipped cream.
