Rich and fruity ice cream with a scent of rose
Akagi Nyugyo will release the ice cream "Pierre Hermé's Rosa'Ispahan" in collaboration with "Pierre Hermé" at convenience stores nationwide on December 20th. The estimated price is 220 yen (excluding tax).
This is an ice cream inspired by Pierre Hermé's popular dessert "Ispahan". In 14% milk fat lychee rose ice cream, rich gelato of three kinds of fruits (strawberry, lychee, framboise) is put, and the surroundings are wrapped with chocolate coaching with framboise chips.
Contains 8% strawberry juice / pulp, 6% lychee juice, and 5% raspberry juice. It is said that you can enjoy the luxurious taste of rose scent, lychee flavor, and framboise acidity.
