Sukiyabashi Sabo "White Sesame and Ginger Anpan"
Uses dough using the Kimura family's sake yeast

At the cafe "Sukiyabashi Sabo" attached to the 6th floor "KIRIKO LOUNGE" of Tokyu Plaza Ginza, the product "White Sesame and Ginger Anpan" in collaboration with the Ginza Kimura family will be on sale from December 2nd to 30th. Sold for a limited time.

The bread dough uses "liquor type" made from sake yeast without using yeast. The bean paste is made from only azuki beans harvested and carefully selected around Tokachi, Hokkaido. The white sesame seeds, which are half-rubbed to bring out the scent of sesame seeds, and the simmered ginger, which has been carefully prepared over time, are kneaded into the bean paste in an exquisite balance.

The price is 290 yen (tax included). Limited to 20 per day.
