Glorias Chain Cafe "Homemade Ham Ham Cutlet Curry"

Add more meat to the curry with plenty of meat!

A collaboration between the popular restaurant "Nikuyama" (Kichijoji, Tokyo), which "cannot make reservations", and the "Glorious Chain Cafe" developed by DIESEL. The collaboration menu "Homemade Ham Ham Cutlet Curry" will be on sale for 30 meals a day from December 1st to 31st at the Glorias Chain Cafe Shibuya and Shinsaibashi stores. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included).

This is a popular menu of meat mountain, curry topped with ham cutlet using homemade ham from Glorias Chain Cafe. The ham cutlet with a strong presence is made by immersing homemade ham marinated pork loin for 3 days in special bread crumbs and deep-fried at high temperature. It seems that the curry contains plenty of beef tendon and lean meat.
