This is a dough made from Hokkaido wheat that is fine and melts in the mouth, and is wrapped in pudding and cream. The pudding uses Kiyora eggs of red chicken grown in the deep sea water at the foot of Mt. Fuji, and is said to have a rich and rich taste.

In addition, the cream is made from beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido, and is characterized by its mild sweetness without any unpleasant taste. It is said that the taste of strong milk is tailored to a refreshing mouthfeel.
