The new ice cream product "PARM The Matcha" was released on November 14th. The price is 180 yen (excluding tax).
This product is an ice bar made by coating smooth and rich matcha ice cream with matcha chocolate that melts in your mouth. Uji Ichibancha from Kyoto's long-established store "Gion Tsujiri" is used as matcha, and it seems that the moderate bitterness, umami, and sweetness are brought out.
