Ripe La France used
A limited number of "Yamagata Prefecture La France Parfaits" are on sale from November 1st at the cafe / restaurant side stores (excluding some stores) in the Ginza Cozy Corner. The price is 1,180 yen (tax included) until early December.
This is a luxurious dessert that uses a whole ripe La France with a melting texture. The elegant sweetness and aroma, the rich and bittersweet chocolate flavor and the mellowness of the marron cream are in perfect harmony.
