LOVING Parfait of Ghanaian Gelato

Ghana gelato is made by kneading Ghana chocolate, which has a rich aroma and just the right amount of milk, into the gelato to make it smooth to the touch. The "Ghanaian Gelato Loving Parfait," a sweet using Ghana Gelato, is now available for a limited time only at the cafes and restaurants of Ginza Cozy Corner.

The smooth gelato base is layered with mild cream and chocolate sauce, and topped with chocolate sponge, macaroons, bittersweet caramel flakes, bananas, strawberries, and crushed nuts. The flavors of the Ghanaian gelato and the textures of the sponge, macaroons, and flakes are in perfect harmony and can be enjoyed until the last bite.
