There is also a sushi "seasonal material" that uses "materials of time". The first edition, which runs until October 31, offers seasonal ingredients centered on "shrimp" and "crab."

Among them, the highlight product is "Namamoto Snow Crab", which is offered for a limited time until October 16th. You can enjoy the melting texture that is unique to raw food. In addition, there is also an oversized shrimp with a thick and plump texture, such as "Katsu" oversized shrimp.

● The logo has been redesigned, and there is no “kappa”

The logo design has also been redesigned. The icon of "kappa" has disappeared, and it has been changed to a pattern in which plates of two colors, red and gold, are stacked.

There is no "kappa" anymore

With the motif of "a tower full of customers' smiles and plates made by stacking plates", the red plate expresses "freshness of the material" and the golden plate expresses "the feeling of hanging on one plate for 100 yen". ..
