"Halloween Cocktail 2016", a dessert cocktail for Halloween, will be offered at Strings Hotel Tokyo Intercontinental (Shinagawa, Tokyo) from October 1st to October 31st.


On a plate of spider webs, three types of chocolate, a colorful dessert cocktail in a beaker-like container, and a syringe are decorated.

There are three types of chocolate: bitter, milk, and white. It is rounded and eaten by pouring a "red cocktail" of rum, malibu and peach spirit divided by cranberry juice from a syringe.

The dessert cocktail is made with carrots, pumpkins, avocados and vegetable puree.

Provided at bar time (last order from 17:00 to 22:00) at the restaurant & bar "The Dining Room" in the hotel. The charge is 2,500 yen (excluding consumption tax and service charge).
