A product featuring "greasy domestic saury" and an original sauce supervised by the sushi Mitori Sohonten. The sushi rice is made by mixing "Haenuki" produced in Yamagata prefecture with seasoned vinegar supervised by the same. "Shiitake mayonnaise" is sandwiched between the saury and it is said to be an accent to the texture.

The price is 420 yen (tax included), and it is scheduled to be sold until October 10, but it will end as soon as it runs out. Reservations are accepted until September 16th, and can be picked up on September 20th and 21st.


At the same time, "Sushi no Mitori Sohonten Supervised Mitori no Seafood Maki" (178 yen including tax) will be on sale in limited quantities from September 22nd. Negitoro seasoned with mustard, Japanese flying squid, and kazunoko are wrapped around it, and it is characterized by its spicy spiciness.
