Happy Pancake opens in Kyoto!

On August 14th, "Happy Pancakes", a pancake specialty store that can be lined up, will open its seventh "Kyoto store" in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto.

The signature menu, "Happy Pancakes," is made with additive-free ingredients that do not use baking powder, and is slowly baked over 20 minutes, such as by steaming, to give it a fluffy texture.

The whipped butter placed on the pancakes is made from high-purity manuka honey imported directly from New Zealand and fermented butter made from raw milk from Hokkaido.

At the Kyoto store, the regular menu "Happy Pancakes" (1,100 yen, tax included, same below), "Tea Milk Pancakes with Homemade Granola" (1,350 yen), "Thick Cheese Mousse Pancakes with Berry Sauce" (1,280 yen) ), "Organic matcha Ogura butter pancake with black honey" and "Roasted tea Tirami spancake with black honey" (1,280 yen each) are also available as store-limited menus.

The store is located on the 2nd floor of the Kyara Building, 354-1 Iseya-cho, where Takoyakushi-dori, Gokomachi-dori, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto Prefecture. Business hours are from 10:00 to 20:30. It will be pre-opened from 11:00 to 20:00 on August 13th.
