Upon renewal, mild carbonation has been strengthened. Furthermore, since the scent of elderflower is sensitive to heat, the method of making flower water has been changed from "distillation" to "immersion". It is said that the fruity scent is made more prominent by carefully collecting and stuffing the scent of flowers over 10 weeks at room temperature.
