Cinnabon "Lemon Coconut Mini Bon"

"Lemon Coconut Mini Bon" was released on June 14th at Cinnabon, a cinnamon roll specialty store. For a limited time until August 31, the price is 360 yen (tax included).

Cinnamon is not used, and it is a summer limited-time product with lemon cream wrapped in cinnabon dough. I was curious, so I tried it.

The toppings are cream cheese frosting and coconut flakes. There is a sweet scent of frosting. If it gets cold on To go, warm it in the microwave to restore the frosting's thick texture.

When warmed, the frosting will be fluffy and the sweet scent will increase!

The fluffy dough is integrated with the lemon cream that gets caught as you chew. It returns a firm elasticity.

The slightly sour lemon cream creates a refreshing sweetness along with cream cheese frosting. The crispy texture of coconut flakes adds a cool accent.

The sweetness is modest compared to normal cinnabon, and the impression that cream and frosting enhance the deliciousness of the dough. It's good to eat, so it's good for breakfast as well as snacks. It goes well with crisply chilled tea and coffee.
