"Avocado Fair" is being held at HIKARI cafe & dining's Shibuya store, Shinjuku east exit store, and Ginza store until August 31st. A total of 11 types of menus using avocado are offered (menus vary depending on the store).

Especially recommended is the "Avocado Piat" (600 yen and up, tax not included, same below) with various ingredients on the avocado with skin. "Roast beef piat balsamico sauce" seasoned with wasabi and balsamico and layered with chewy roast beef, "octopus and celery ceviche" topped with octopus and celery marinade, and shirasu and Kujo onion have a mellow avocado taste. Tightening "Garlic butter-grilled celery and Kujo octopus" (Shibuya store only) is available.


The Shibuya store also devised a wine cocktail that goes well with avocado dishes. Three types of cocktails are offered, including "Mango Calimocho," which is a combination of mango, red wine, and cola.
