"Legendary Sutadon Mabushi"
The summer menu "Legendary Sutadon Mabushi" has been offered from May 20th at each bowl chain and legendary Sutadonya store (excluding some stores). The price is 850 yen (tax included).
This is a menu where you can pour a cold special dashi stock into a bowl of rice to make it look like "Hitsumabushi". The set includes sutadon, special dashi stock, condiments (universal onion, seaweed, hail and white sesame, wasabi), miso soup, and raw egg. At first, you can enjoy the change in taste by eating "Sutadon" as it is and adding condiments and dashi at your favorite timing.
