This will be released in commemoration of the "Renoir Exhibition in the Musée d'Orsay / Orangerie Museum" being held at the National Art Center, Tokyo from April 27th. It is a representative work of the Impressionist painter Renoir, and is a tart cake inspired by the "Moulin de la Galette's Dance" that will be exhibited for the first time in Japan.
Boiled red wine with fig paste spread on tart dough, layered with colorful cassis mousse, topped with fragrant blood orange, plenty of blueberries, and framboise. Gold powder is also studded in the finish.
It is said that the tart expresses the world full of joy, like the sunlight shining through the trees and the lively people depicted in the painting. You can also enjoy the taste and texture of "Fig Tart", which is said to have been loved by Renoir.
