The popular Tonkotsu ramen chain "Ippudo" has released a rainy day "noodleless ramen". "Shiramaru Tonkotsu Hundred Years Tofu" contains tofu instead of noodles. I tried and tried things ... Oh, this is Umai. It was pretty ant delicious.

Shiramaru Tonkotsu 100-year-old tofu is made by adding tofu to the soup of the ramen "Shiramaru Motomi". The toppings are green onions, diced char siu, and plenty of sesame seeds.

It looks like a ramen soup without noodles, but if you look closely, you can see a glimpse of white things from the edges.

However, I want to eat rice. I also ordered white rice. Half-replacement balls or white rice are available for this menu for 50 yen (of course, even if you put in regular replacement balls, it's round). You know what it is. The rice that is topped with mustard and squeezed into the eagle is the best. It was delicious even when added to the soup.

This tofu is from the long-established tofu maker "Mamefuji / Kato Tofu", which was founded in the 10th year of the Taisho era (about 100 years). By using Ippudo's tonkotsu soup from the stage of making tofu, the alkalinity of tofu and the acidity of tofu are neutralized, and it melts in the mouth.

Only three stores are available: Ebisu store, Ginza store (Tokyo), and Yakuin store (Fukuoka prefecture). Limited to 40 meals a day until March 31st. When the service started on March 1, it was limited to 20 meals, but due to its popularity, it has been increased to 40 meals from the 9th. The price is 720 yen (650 yen at the Yakuin store).
