Gotches Beef offers aged meat dishes with plenty of "lean umami" that has been aged for about 40 days under the concept of "TIME is YUMMY". It is said that the restaurant's style is to share and eat steaks that have been roasted as lump meat.

● The representative menu is a dynamic “ax” steak


One of the representative menus is "Tomahawk Steak". Ribulose with bones made by aging black Angus beef from Chicago, USA by the dry aging method, and as the name suggests, it is offered in a dynamic form reminiscent of an "axe (= tomahawk)".

The medium rare steak, which is carefully baked, has a softness and taste that you can't even imagine from the outside.

● We are particular about the side menu


Many side menus are also available. While waiting for the steak to be baked, we recommend "steamed" raw "mussels with white wine." The brand product "MUSSELS", which was airlifted from Salt Spring Island, a small island in the southeastern part of Canada, is plump and thick, and you can enjoy its rich richness and sweetness.

Also, one of the notable menus is the risotto that uses plenty of "Parmigiano Reggiano" called "King of Cheese". It seems that the staff will finish each one in front of the customer and provide it. Parmigiano Reggiano, which begins to melt when you put hot risotto on it, is fragrant and will stir your appetite again even after eating meat.

● Lunch menu is also “gutsuri meat”


A lunch menu is also available. The highlights are the "Aged Beef Service Steak Lunch" (1,000 yen, tax not included, same below) and the "Aged Beef Hamburger Lunch" (820 yen), which are limited to 20 meals daily. Both are 200g (7.05oz) and have plenty of volume. A combo with homemade "thick sausage" (280 yen) is also recommended.

● Opening commemoration! Aged beef hamburger is less than half price


On March 8th and 9th, as the first opening commemorative event, the "aged beef hamburger steak + homemade sausage combo", which is usually 1,100 yen for lunch time only, will be offered for 500 yen. Limited to 50 meals a day.

The store is located on the 4th floor of GEMS Daimon, 1-15-3 Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:00 to 14:30 for lunch and from 17:30 to 23:00 for dinner (until 22:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
