Mos Food Service, which develops Mos Burger, will open a new pasta specialty store "mia cucina" on March 2 in the shopping mall "Amagasaki Q's Mall" in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.


Mia Cucina is a specialty store that offers a wide variety of pasta with a sense of the seasons. The store name is Italian and means "my kitchen".

The pasta used at the store is "La Morisana", which has a history of more than 100 years in Italy. With 100% semolina of durum wheat, you can enjoy the aroma and taste of wheat and the exquisite texture.


The pasta menu includes "mascarpone and tomato sauce" (800 yen, tax included, same below), which is a rich tomato sauce topped with mascarpone from Hokkaido, and "curry cream of shrimp and broccoli", which is rich with fresh cream and cheese. A total of 12 types, including (750 yen) and "Tetsuban Napolitan" (680 yen) finished with the original sauce. In addition, a set menu with salad and bread and a side menu such as Naples's local dish "Zeppeline" (250 yen) will be prepared.


The store is located on the 1st floor of Amagasaki Q's Mall, 1-3-1, Shioe, Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Business hours are from 10:00 to 21:00.
