Dandelion is a shop called Bean to Bar, which was founded in 2011. It uses only cocoa beans and cane sugar (sugar made from sugar cane), and is characterized by chocolate that allows you to enjoy the pure flavor of cocoa beans.

The store that opens in Kuramae will operate as a "factory-style cafe." The first floor is a chocolate factory and a stand, and the second floor is a cafe space. There will also be a workshop space.

In addition to offering chocolates unique to Bean to Bar and chocolate drinks that reproduce the taste of the main store, workshops and factory tours where you can experience making chocolate are also planned.
